After 32 hours of plane, train and automobile rides we (US Snowboard Team) finally made it to San Martin, Argentina. We are shredding a resort called Chapelco. Its been dumping for ages. The Austrians have been here for 10 days and haven't seen the sun at all. We have been here two and, it snowed about 3 feet. The alpine is closed butwill be epic when it opens. The trees are too flat to ride because the snow is literally nostril deep. I am about 5'10" so five and a half feet? Anyway we have one more day of free riding. Tomorrow is wildcat wednesday. Thursday we have training. We have two races, snowboard cross races, for continental cups, A PGS race, I don't know if I will do that, a slopestyle on Monday. A few days off, then the world cup on the 13th. Its what we came down here for. Anyway, keep you posted, more pictures coming.
