Nikki Hilton and Surfing?

Nikki and Paris Hilton are both lifelong friends of fellow Malibu'ian (yes I'm making that a new word) Jesse Billauer.

Saturday night was LRO's "Night by the Ocean" dinner and auction charity event. A ton of "celebs" came by to support the foundation including Nikki Hilton. Paris was a no show this year but she's probably busy finding her next BFF.
